**Job Description**:
**YOUR MAIN DUTIES**:

- Create, implement and optimize all display activities for your international markets
- Use all available data and analytics tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and constantly optimize toward better results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, partners to bring campaigns to life, report and build long-term relationships
- Identify and test new verticals and funnels
- Find and test potential new marketing channels/ traffic sources
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Undertake research on industry developments in your area, new opportunities and competitors’ activities
- Analyze the effectiveness of the campaign and use this data to improve future campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- English fluency is a must
- At least 3 years of experience in Advertising in buying online media at scale is a must
- Experience with Google ads (Display) in different verticals
- Comfortable segmenting large data set to optimize campaigns
- Experience in the VAS industry is a plus
- Experience with programmatic networks and channels (i.e DSP/RTB, Criteo, AdRoll, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok,) is a plus
- Expert at a test and learn approach and A/B testing
- Knowledge of creating high performing ads
- Commercial and budget awareness
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, positive and innovative thinker
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good ability to work under high pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions quickly
