**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie sind zuständig für den Verkauf von logistischen Dienstleistungen bei den Kunden und bauen Kundenaktivitäten auf und aus. Darüber hinaus sind sie zuständig für die Pflege und Betreuung von Neu
- und Bestandskunden. Außerdem arbeiten sie kundenspezifische Konzepte aus und setzen diese um, sind zuständig für das Reklamationsmanagement und Pflegen die Kundendaten. Auch Aufgaben wie die Angebotskalkulation und -erstellung inkl. Follow-Up, die Steuerung von Verkaufsaktionen, sowie die Analyse der Markt
- und Wettbewerbssituation gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie konnten Ihre Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung erfolgreich abschließen und darüber hinaus bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb sammeln. Außerdem verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse im Luft
- und Seefrachtbereich. Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen ist für Sie genauso selbstverständlich wie gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sie sind ein Teamplayer und Ihr sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten, sowie Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
