- Am Standort Langenselbold produzieren wir auf einer Fläche von knapp 15.000 m² mikrobiologische Sicherheitswerkbänke, CO2-Inkubatoren, mikrobiologische Brutschränke, Wärme
- und Trockenschränke, Vakuum-Trockenschränke sowie Hochtemperaturöfen. Die europaweit agierenden Abteilungen Vertrieb und Auftragsabwicklung decken zusätzliche Produktbereiche, wie zum Beispiel Laborverbrauchsmaterialien und Wasseraufbereitungssysteme, ab.
- Darüber hinaus ist Langenselbold Sitz des EMEA LabAutomation Business, das u. a. Mover, automatisierte Inkubatoren & Storage Devices, Kontroll-Software und automatisierte Systeme für verschiedenste Applikationen wie Synthetische Biologie, Analytische Workflows und High Throughput Anwendungen herstellt. Weiterhin ist Langenselbold der globale Sitz der Cytomat Produktlinie (automatisierte Inkubatoren).
- In den Bereichen Produktion, Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Service, Projektmanagement und Verwaltung beschäftigt der Standort derzeit ca. 700 Mitarbeiter.

- **Procurement Specialist (w/m/d) für Langenselbold oder Osterode**

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- EKP-Pflege
- Pflege der Einkaufsdaten in SAP und des Kreditorenstamms
- Anlage und Pflege der Infosätze
- Anlegen von Bestellungen sowie Änderungen
- Mahnwesen in der Auftragsbestätigung
- Bestellüberwachung und Terminverfolgung
- Fehlteilemanagement - in Abstimmung mit der Disposition
- Lieferanteneskalation
- Konsignation und VOMI-Abwicklung
- Bearbeitung von Erstmuster aus EPD
- Elektronische Archivierung von Lieferanten
- und Einkaufsinformationen
- Bestellfreigaben gemäß Freigabestrategie
- Mitarbeit im Berichtswesen

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Industriekaufmann/frau, Speditionskaufmann/frau) sowie 2-jährige Fachausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Gute SAP R3 Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
- Sicheres, freundliches und selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie gute Umgangsformen
- Reisebereitschaft
