**What part will you play?**
- You will drive the sustainability and digitalization roadmap within our BU Procurement function
- Supporting the activities on decarbonization of suppliers (including data collection and reporting)
- Additionally, you will ensure an appropriate knowledge building for Buyers (e.g. perform trainings, info sessions)
- Realizing digitalization projects in our location (visualization, automation, analytics) is also one of your responsibilities
- Moreover, you will support our factory procurement teams on digitalization (e.g. transfer of solutions)
- Last but not least, you need to be fully engaged in our communities: Work and align with relevant counterparts in the locations and regions as well as in other functions and organizations

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Passion and drive for both sustainability and digitalization
- A Master’s Degree in related business field (e.g. industrial engineering, environmental management, business management) or equivalent combination of professional education and longtime experience in related disciplines
- An understanding of sustainability in the context of global business deliveries
- Digitalization skills and experience like Data Analytics and Visualization as well as Process Automation
- Ideally, knowledge and experience in Strategic Procurement
- Agile methods, project management and communication skills and the ability to act as a team player
- Excellent German and English language skills are essential
