Was erwartet Sie?

Sie sind verantwortlich in allen Belangen der Herstellung und Lagerung von Arzneimitteln gemäß den gültigen Regelwerken (bspw. - 5,8 AMG, AMWHV und EU GMP Leitfaden) und führen fachlich und disziplinarisch die Produktionsmitarbeiter der kommerziellen Bulkherstellung sowie der Konfektionierung.

Sie berichten als Mitglied des Site Leadership Teams direkt an die Geschäftsführung und leiten die Herstellung und Lagerung von Medizinprodukten, Kosmetika sowie Nahrungsergänzungsmittel unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und innerbetrieblichen Vorschriften.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die gesamte Herstellung (Bulk und Konfektionierung) und Lagerung von Arzneimitteln, Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln und Kosmetika gemäß den gültigen Regelwerken
- Ihnen obliegt Verantwortung, etablierte Prozesse im Produktionsumfeld hinsichtlich Qualität und kaufmännischen Belangen kontinuierlich zu hinterfragen und zu optimieren
- Si sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer effizienten Nutzung von vorhandenen Ressourcen
- Sie wirken aktiv an der strategischen Entwicklung des Standorts mit
- Budget-, Stellen-, Kostenstellen
- sowie Mitarbeiterverantwortung (fachliche & disziplinarische Führung)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der betrieblichen GMP-Anforderungen gem. der gültigen Regelwerke

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im naturwissenschaftlich-pharmazeutischen Bereich, idealerweise Pharmazie
- Idealerweise fundierte Berufserfahrung als Leiter (w/m/d) der Herstellung von Solida, insb. high potent Solida sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Kundenprojekten
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Abteilungsleiter (w/m/d) oder Funktionsleiter (w/m/d)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Regelwerke und der behördlichen Anforderungen
- Verhandlungssicher Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetzesvorgaben (z. B. AMG, etc.)
- Herausragende Führungs
- und Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, Durchsetzungsvermögen
