Wir benötigen Verstärkung für unser Team im Bereich** RNA-Vektorentwicklung** Wir entwickeln innovative
RNA-basierte Vektoren für die Immuntherapie von Krebs und Infektionskrankheiten. Einen Schwerpunkt bilden
dabei selbst-replizierende RNA Vektoren, wozu auch die von uns entwickelte sogenannte trans
- amplifizierenden RNA gehört. Für die weitere Optimierung der trans-amplifizierenden RNA zur Vorbereitung
der klinischen Testung suchen wir deshalb ab sofort Unterstützung durch eine Technische Assistenz.
**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
In vitro Transkription und Aufreinigung von synthetischer RNA
Kapillarelektrophorese
RNA-Extraktion, cDNA-Synthesen und qPCR
Klonierung von Vektoren
Zellkultur und zellbasierte Assays (RNA Transfektion, Viabilitätsassays, Lumineszenzassays)
Durchflusszytometrie
Auswertung experimenteller Daten mit spezieller Software oder mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
Labororganisation, Betreuung von Laborgeräten, Bestellungen
**Was du mitbringst: **
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA, MTA oder Biologielaborant/in
Studium einer Biowissenschaft mit Abschluß Bachelor oder Master of Science
Praktische Erfahrungen mit Molekularbiologie oder Zellkultur
Eine grundsätzliche Bereitschaft für Tierexperimente
Begeisterung und Neugier für die vielseitigen Tätigkeiten unseres Forschungsinstituts sowie eine ausgeprägte
Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
