We're looking for a motivated and driven Expert Crisis Communication Senior Manager (M/F/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Design and development of global crisis communications & issue management strategy
- Implement, further develop a crisis management and/or a communications plan
- Design and implement crisis communications exercises & action plans
- Develop appropriate statements and documents; actively screen issues in the context of reputation management
- Train international PR Managers and Management how to deal with crisis with regards to communications/media
- Advise and train internal stakeholders on communications regarding current crisis events
- Act as global spokesperson in crisis issues
- Ensure and further develop communications with stakeholders (internal / external) in accordance with corporate guidelines and coordinate with all relevant internal areas
- Support of internal communications with special focus on Crisis Communication
- Close cooperation and constant networking with relevant departments (Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Line report will be the Senior Director Communication & Responsibility, you will work closely with C-level and country Managing Directors

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- You hold a degree in Communications, Public Relations or similar
- You are an experienced Project Manager and you know the strategic role of Communication Management
- You bring more than 8 years of experience in a Communications and/or Public Relations role within crisis communications as focus
- You are familiar with working in an international and corporate environment
- You can multitask, juggling several priorities at the same time and work on various projects simultaneously
- You handle PR in a 360-degree and integrated way
- You are creative, committed, take initiative, are considerate of different cultures and have a collaborative working style
- You are an experienced media trainer for Management and spokesperson for crisis situations
- You have excellent German & English language knowledge both written and spoken, one of them being at a native level
- Ideally, you bring strong media knowledge: competencies, network and contacts
- Coming from Travel, Mobility, Food & Beverage, Banking or Pharma environment will be a plus
- You can work under pressure - you are a problem solver, you can effectively solve crisis situations
- Preferably Corporate background or large international consultancy with proven track record of complete global clients
