**Role Purpose**
- **Your Key Responsibilities**
- Interprete new Company and Tariff Agreements when new time setups are required and initiate creation and implementation of new work schedule rules
- Ensure timely and accurate input to payroll as well as efficient exchange of information with payroll vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible T&A service
- Ensure maintenance of all relevant P&O related data (maintenance split according to Local Service Agreement with T&A Provider) is correct and complete
- Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines
- Close collaboration with local P&O department
- Support internal and P&O controls
- Extract reports needed for T&A and other reports upon request in certain cases
- Contribute to projects in scope for P&O Services Team if applicable
- Manage activities as a back up for colleagues in the team whenever needed
- Identify and gather system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinate with Superuser.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)
- Excellent German spoken and written. Fluency in English
- 5 years of working experience in SSC environment is an advantage.
- 2-3 years professional experience with payroll/coordinating payroll and/or P&O administration.
- HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred but not a must.
- Work experience in international environment/team/global company is preferred.
- Experience in other P&O disciplines (e. g., Compensation & Benefits, P&O Business Partner, Learning, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in managing virtual/remote teams.
