**IT Expert Service Operations Management for Sapienza Eclipse / Redmine Tool Suite (d/m/w)**:
Software Development Solutions ist verantwortlich für die innerhalb der Airbus Defence and Space Digital Organisation bereitgestellten Anwendungen des Software Engineerings. Wir betreiben und entwickeln neue Anwendungspakete für Software Entwickler in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.

Sie sind für die Servicekontinuität, die Lösung komplexer Probleme und die Kundenberatung verantwortlich.

Sie werden Teil eines Teams sein, das für die Bereitstellung von Entwicklungswerkzeugen zur Unterstützung aller Software-Engineering-Aktivitäten bei Airbus Defence and Space verantwortlich ist.

Insbesondere wird diese Rolle der primäre technischer Support für den Sapienza Eclipse / Redmine Service sein.

Sie werden eng mit den Software-Engineering-Teams zusammenarbeiten, um neue Geschäftsanforderungen zu ermitteln und zu definieren und die Bereitstellung verbesserter Services für das Unternehmen zu planen.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Betrieb, Wartung und Betriebssteuerung für die Service-Applikationen sowie die Übernahme der Ticket-Bearbeitung
- Sicherstellung der Servicequalität sowie der Betriebsbereitschaft, auch durch eigenständige, proaktive Maßnahmen
- Eigenständige, technische Analyse von Störungen sowie Isolieren und Beheben fehlerhafter Zustände und Erarbeiten von Richtlinien für den Systembetrieb
- Service-Schnittstelle zu anderem Support und IT-Abteilungen (Backoffice, Netzwerk, Sicherheit, Front-Office) in Bezug auf Servicebereitstellung, Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen an Assets, Softwareprodukte und Software-Lizenzen
- Unterstützung internationaler Service-Anwendern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sapienza Eclipse / Redmine Service Owner, um die Qualität die Services zu gewährleisten

**Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld.
- Erfahrung mit Redmine Administration (Ruby on Rails Framework)
- Erfahrung mit Sapienza Eclipse Software Suite Administration
- Erfahrung mit Linux Administration, Shell Scripting
- Kenntnisse im Bereich MySQL, Mongo DB and Oracle Datenbanken
- Kenntnisse im Bereich JBoss, OpenLDAP, Spring Boot, SSO
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Maintenance und Support IT Networks und Server
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, eine klare technische Dokumentation zu erstellen
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) und Englisch (fließend)
