Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir eine/n Absolventen (m/w/d) Strategic Compensation Consulting

**Aufgaben**
- Vom nächsten Unicorn Start-up bis zum internationalen BlueChip-Unternehmen unterstützt Du in Projekten, die von der Konzeption einzelner Anreizelemente bis hin zur Gesamtvergütungsstrategie reichen
- Im engen Austausch mit CEOs und CFOs bist Du hautnah dabei, wenn die marktführenden Unternehmen in Deutschland Veränderungen umsetzen, z. B. in Form von Transformationsprozessen, IPOs oder Mergers.
- Du definierst an der Seite der Experten strategische Initiativen unter Berücksichtigung von Unternehmenszielen und Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten.
- In internationalen Projekten entwickelst Du globale Vergütungssysteme für Top Führungskräfte, die dazu beitragen, dass diese Ziele erreicht werden.
- Start-ups und Joint Ventures bauen auf Deine Expertise und Unterstützung wenn es um Beteiligungen und HR Strategie geht.
- Aktuelle Trends, Marktpraxis und Best Practice hast Du genauso im Blick wie finanzielle Kennzahlen, Aktienkurse sowie Bedürfnisse und Motivatoren der betreffenden Mitarbeiterpopulationen.

**Anforderungen**
- Du keine Ruhe lässt, bis eine überzeugende Lösung gefunden ist.
- Dich Herausforderungen an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, HR, Vergütung & Finance reizen.
- Du gerne strategisch und unternehmerisch denkst und arbeitest.
- Du Spaß an Data & Analytics hast, analytisch stark bist und detailorientiert arbeitest.
- Du begeisterungsfähig bist und für unsere Themen brennst.
- Du gerne proaktiv, selbstständig und kreativ arbeitest.
- Du ehrgeizig und zielstrebig bist und Lust auf eine Beraterkarriere hast.
- Du Neugier auf immer neue Themen und einen konstruktiven Teamgeist mitbringst.
- Dein Studienabschluss als Master oder Doktor mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg (fast) in der Tasche ist und Du einen Studiengang mit analytischen/quantitativen Schwerpunkten belegt hast, z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Mathematik, VWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften o.ä.
- Du idealerweise relevante Praktika, beispielsweise im Consulting-, Konzern-, oder Finanzumfeld vorweisen kannst.
