AG in Munich as our Global Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d) and play a pivotal role in our global restructuring efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with HR leaders, business unit heads, and external consultants to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and diverse business needs. We are looking for a  Global Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d)  for the next possible date to support the HR department in Munich.

What You Will Do

You develop and implement a global job architecture framework that supports the company’s restructuring and strategic goals. You create and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide. You conduct in-depth market analyses to ensure our compensation and benefits practices are competitive and industry-aligned. You partner with HR leaders and business unit heads to understand specific needs and customize compensation solutions accordingly. You oversee the integration of global compensation programs during mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations. You provide expert advice and support to HR teams and managers on all compensation and benefits matters. You manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and ensure effective service delivery. You monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. You explore and implement AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance compensation and benefits strategies and processes. You lead change management efforts related to compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Professional certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) is highly desirable. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a global or regional role. Proven experience in leading compensation and benefits initiatives during organizational restructuring. Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change. Proficiency in Workday and further compensation analysis tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus. Interest in AI technologies and their application in enhancing compensation strategies is highly valued. Fluency English and ideally proficiency in German.
