As a **Technical Writer**, you'll collaborate with various teams to gather product information and craft clear user interface text and online help. You'll maintain consistent style guides and terminology, ensure content is localized and globalized, and utilize tools like **Markdown, GitLab, Weblate, Confluence**, and **Jira**. Additionally, you'll continuously review and enhance content based on user feedback and product evolution.

**Your Tasks**:

- Work with developers, product owners and product managers to gather information about the product
- Create easy-to-understand user interface text and online help
- Follow and contribute to develop style guides as needed
- Adhere to consistent terminology by the use of company-specific glossary
- Consider localization and globalization when creating content
- Use the tools such as Markdown, GitLab, Weblate, Confluence and Jira to support their work
- Review and improve existing content based on user feedback and evolving product features

**Your Profile**:

- Excellent written skills in English and German
- Technical affinity and interest in software testing
- Experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Provide high quality documentation
- Ability to adapt their language to suit the target audience
- Ability to work as part of an international team

**Nice to have**:

- _ Master's in Translation or relevant field_
- _ Previous experience working in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic settings, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and contribute to the agile development of the sales function_
