Unser Category and Purchasing Team ist bemüht, unseren Kunden die besten und angesagtesten Produkte in allen unseren Online-Bereichen anzubieten. Als unser:e Werkstudent:in hast du die Möglichkeit, deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie dein Verständnis für die Beauty-Branche und den E-Commerce-Markt zu entwickeln. Du unterstützt das Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben, Marktforschung und Performanceanalysen.

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:

- Du arbeitest eng mit den Category und Purchasing Managern zusammen und bist für den gesamten Prozess der Einführung neuer Produkte und Marken verantwortlich
- Du verfolgst den Auftragsstatus und legst Maßnahmen fest, wenn sich Aufträge verzögern
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei operativen Aufgaben und hältst produktbezogene Daten auf dem neuesten Stand (z. B. vergriffene Bestände, Produktvisualisierungen usw.)
- Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Lieferanten (z. B. Erfassung der benötigten Produktdaten)
- Du unterstützt die Erstellung unserer wöchentlichen Category
- und Brand Performance Berichte

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und die englische Sprache beherrschst du gut in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist verfügbar für mindestens ein Jahr und 20 Stunden pro Woche
- Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit MS Office or G-Suite (vor allem Excel)
- Du besitzt eine Zahlenaffinität und eine analytische Denkweise
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, verantwortungsvoll und mit hands-on Mentalität
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Beauty, insbesondere für Haarpflege
