**Introduction**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Management of correct planning and timely execution of the technical operations pertaining to the maintenance (PMS and extraordinary), daily activities, improvements and technical modifications for the assigned ships.
- Overseeing of safety and environmental protection culture, which must be driven in close co-operation with in onboard, shore teams (e.g. cruise governance) and DPA
- Close collaboration with HR for continuous evaluation and training development of the shipboard personnel
- Responsibity of preparation and support of audits and inspections and appropriate follow up and documentation of findings in liaison and guidance with Cruise Governance/ Audit Management. Follow up for actions of findings and documenting this in existing platform and/ or new HESS-MS
- Conducting technical inspections onboard and managing the relevant follow up and reporting monthly vessel status Devise, agree and monitor the budget (Opex>Capex) concerning the assigned ships

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Mechanical or Ship Technical engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or equivalent
- Maritime practice knowledge desirable
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Onboard work experience
- Understanding of basic accounting and capability of devising and managing budgets
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Junior leadership experience
- Clear communication skills, both verbally and in written format
- Very good English language skills (as this is our company language)
