**Your Responsibilities**

Are you a professional with a passion for precision and excellence? Then our opening for the role of Superintendent Hotel Technic will suit you. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing hotel technical projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering exceptional results.
- Plan and execute hotel technical related projects to ensure defined timelines, budgets and results
- Control and supervise external suppliers and service contractors being involved in the projects regarding time, budget, quality and results during preparation and execution phase
- Prepare technical specifications or instructions for projects. Coordinate purchaser activities and analyse contractor’s offers
- Responsible for proper communication to project stakeholders and coordination between brand, ship management, crew and contractors Cooperate with the Brand, Fleet and Ship Managers during project execution and the ship’s dry-dock, supervise and be in charge of all activities pertaining to the assigned projects

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Cruise Shipbuilding and outfitting area is mandatory
- Bachelor Degree in Shipping is desired
- Senior professional experience in the area of Management of hotel technic area onboard cruise ships
- Very good English language skills (English is our company language).
- Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management Service oriented with good communication skills
