**You will make an impact in the following way**:
- You build close working relationships with defined internal customers to ensure solid understanding of their business and their needs for financial support.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting for the Finance and Operations team, including collation, reporting and analysis of key financial management information and trends, for example inventory movements.
- Provide monthly support to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of the Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP) including gap analysis and support to customers in identifying appropriate counter measures
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis to provide the business with accurate and timely information in order to support commercially sound business decisions
- Ensure the Finance Manager is kept appropriately updated on key activity, raising issues or obstacles to ensure timely resolution
**What you will bring**:
- Education - Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
- Experience - Substantial experience in an accounting role, ideally, in a manufacturing industry environment
- Personality - Highly numerate individual, capable of providing insightful commentary that contributes to informed decision-making at both operational and strategic levels, with a profound ability to dissect and analyze complex financial data, attention to detail, meticulous and diligent work mode, with high ethical standards, a collaborative approach and open communication
- Language proficiency - Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
