Und weil Du für den Fall der Fälle richtig gut gewappnet bist, besitzt Du fundiertes Know-how über Risk Culture, Governance-Prozesse und Regulatorik? **Deine Aufgaben**
- Mit Deinem tiefen Verständnis für große und regulierte Organisationen und dem Blick fürs Wesentliche bringst Du komplexe Strukturen auf den Punkt.
- Dein Daily Job: die Unterstützung unseres Business Banking Segments in Bezug auf interne, externe und regulatorische Anforderungen.
- Souverän handhabst Du das Stakeholder Management und kommunizierst mit unserem Business Banking Leadership Team, dem Head Office, Prüfern und Regulatoren face to face.
- Geschickt fungierst Du als Schnittstelle zur zentralen Organisationsentwicklung sowie zur 2nd
- und 3rd Line - und holst das Optimum aus unserem Risikomanagement heraus.
- Als kompetente Ansprechperson designst, implementierst und steuerst Du Governance
- und Risk-Prozesse.
- Mit Deiner Expertise und Weitsicht entdeckst Du Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und entwirfst neue Richtlinien, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen, die Du im Anschluss präsentierst.
- Unsere internen Arbeitsprozesse und Erkenntnisse analysierst Du und entwickelst sie stetig weiter. Wir vertrauen auf Deine Koordination und Dein Monitoring und zählen auch auf Deine bereichsübergreifende, administrative Beratung in Sachen Governance, Risk und Non-Financial-Risk.

**Dein Profil**
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebs-/ Volkswirtschaftslehre, Mathematik, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Governance
- oder regulatorischen Umfeld in Prüfungsfunktion
- Fit in MS Office, optimal wären: Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement
- und Kollaborations-Tools (ServiceNow, Atlassian)
- Aktive Feedbackkultur & Kommunikationstalent
- Verständnis für die IT- und Prozesslandschaft im Bankenumfeld
- Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen, analytische Denk
- und eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
