(Senior) Controller Operations

**This is your job**:

- Analyze data from the 8 production sites to identify trends, challenges and areas for improvement;
- Provide COO with regular reports on production performance metrics, costs and other relevant KPIs across all sites;
- Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and recommend best practices;
- Review and analyze departmental budgets, ensuring that they align with operational objectives and providing feedback;
- Identify potential operational risks and work with local operations managers to develop mitigation strategies;
- Ensure that all sites are aligned with the overarching group strategy and objectives;
- Facilitate sharing of best practices and resources among sites to ensure consistency and foster collaboration.

***You have these skills**:

- Successfully completed training and/or studies in the field of IT/Data Science or Business Administration;
- Several years of experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility within an international environment (preferably in a manufacturing, medium-sized company);
- In-depth knowledge in the area of business intelligence;
- Process improvement, financial insight and risk assessment / management skills;
- Analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics & reporting tools;
- Knowledge of SAP, Odoo or QlikSense an advantage;
- Independent, accurate and reliable way of working;
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and a motivated way of working;
- Intercultural competences;
- Business fluent in English; at least fluent in French and/or German an advantage; Willingness to travel occasionally on a project-related basis.
