Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n Associate Director im Business Development (w/m/x) zur Verstärkung unseres Public Teams.

Seit über 25 Jahren begleiten wir die Digitalisierung des öffentlichen Sektors in Deutschland und entwickeln moderne, digitale Lösungen mit außergewöhnlichen Nutzungserlebnissen. Unser Team aus rund 130 Expert*innen arbeitet u.a. für diverse Bundes

Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst eigenständig strategische Herangehensweisen zum Ausbau unseres Geschäftes im Bereich Defense & Intelligence (Sicherheitsbehörden)
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung individueller Strategien zum Ausbau unseres Netzwerks und trägst dazu bei, bestehende Partnerschaften im Bereich Defense & Intelligence (Sicherheitsbehörden) zu stärken
- Du erkennst Bedarfe und analysierst Angebote für unsere Bestands
- sowie Neukund*innen aus dem öffentlichen Sektor
- Du agierst als Ansprechpartner*in für unsere interdisziplinären Teams sowie für unsere aktuellen und zukünftigen Partner*innen
- Du bist ein*e sichtbare*r Expert*in im Marktumfeld und positionierst proaktiv Themen von IBM iX durch Auftritte bei Messen und/oder Veranstaltungen (z.B. AFCEA)
- Du verfolgst aktiv neue Trends des öffentlichen Bereichs, insb. der Sicherheitsbehörden und hältst dich auf dem neuesten Stand
- Du begleitest den gesamten Ausschreibungsprozess und setzt dich mit entsprechenden Rahmenverträgen auseinander

Deine Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer der Rolle entsprechenden Position mit, bspw. im Account Management, Business Development, Sales Management
- Du hast nachweisliche Projekterfahrung bei Kund*innen sowie Erfahrung im Consulting
- Durch deine Tätigkeit hast du dir bereits ein Netzwerk, bestehend aus Kontakten im Bereich Defense & Intelligence (Sicherheitsbehörden), aufbauen können
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität und Leidenschaft für Kreation und/oder Technologien sowie für digitale Trends
- Deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie dein Ehrgeiz Dinge anzupacken, runden dein Profil idealerweise ab
- Du bist gern für bzw. mit deinen Kund*innen unterwegs und bringst dafür Reisebereitschaft mit (v.a. Berlin, Bonn, München)
- Du verfügst über Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
