**Main responsibilites**:

- Installation and Commissioning of IAS system globally
- Support of IAS products globally
- Commissioning and ramp-up support
- Technical customer support
- Documentation of process optimization
- Transparent time recording for each service call

**Experience requirements**:

- Professional education mainly with electrical or IT background
- Successfully graduation as state certified technician or graduate engineer is beneficial
- Professional experience within technical customer service
- Experience in adhesive technology and the automotive environment is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge in Electrical engineering and IT-background
- Enlarged knowledge in process measurement, control technology, data transmission and communication systems
- Good organizational and social skills as well as self
- assertion
- Willingness and commitment
- Ability to communicate and convey technical aspects
- Independent and structured work
- Customer and service orientation
- Fluent in English, German knowledge is an advantage
- Readiness to travel worldwide temporary
- willingness to work temporary at weekends
