Recently open since September 2023, Fotografiska Berlin is set inside a unique historic and cultural landmark and home to an unexpected mix of world-class art, vibrant cultural programming, and exceptional dining experiences. Housing 5,500 square meters, the architects to carry out renovations to the cultural heritage site.
The Global Content Producer helps develop the global brand content strategy in alignment with the Bbrand Ddirector and Ssocial Mmedia Mmanager. The role ensures that the Fotografiska brand is consistently translated into video, audio, photo as well as 2D/3D, primarily focused on own global content channels, such as website, social media and other digital outlets (e.g. screens). We seek a profile that combines both, efficient project management and hands-on content production in means to cover the global side of content production and management. If you are passionate about art and culture, excel in coordinating productions and creating high-quality contents, this position might be for you. Reporting into the Global Brand Director, the Global Content Producer will co-create a content strategy and, budget plans, closely cooperate with local marketing and content teams from our 5 mMuseums. and thus Eestablishing an effective content creation, production, management and syndication workflow to ensure the entirety of content needs of the marketing organization globally, with the local Museum’s museums’ requirements in mind. This role spans strategic as well as coordination, creation and managerial skills.
**Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Implement Global Social Media Content Strategy**: Co-create and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and engaging storytelling on a global level.
- **Content Creation and Curation**: You live and breathe Social Media and know all latest trends and innovations. You oOversee the creation, curation, and publishing of compelling and visually appealing content that aligns with Fotografiska's ethos and resonates with our diverse global audience. Leveraging your own extensive expertise in producing, editing & post-producing and implementing content and social media projects.
- **Inclusive Engagement**: Foster engagement and dialogue with diverse audiences, understanding the nuances of different cultures and tailoring content to resonate with various regions and demographics.
- **Team Leadership**: Inspire a team of marketing professionals, content creators and social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to ensure high-quality content production.
- **Influencer and Partner Collaborations**: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, artists, and cultural partners to amplify Fotografiska's reach and impact.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with marketing, community, food and beverage and exhibition teams globally as well as locally, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and events.
- **Brand Consistency**: Uphold Fotografiska's brand identity and messaging across all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in a global or multicultural context.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
- Knowledge of different cultures, languages, and global social media landscapes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
