Your mission

Joining Enter's Data Analytics team as an integral part, you will dive into end-to-end analytics projects that directly influence our understanding of operational data and decision-making.
- Collaborate on building and maintaining data models tailored to the needs of your business stakeholders. Your role will be vital in understanding data points, their origins, and their relevance to end users.
- Develop, test and deliver insightful reports and dashboards. Your work will not only support our daily operations but also feed into our long-term growth strategy. Your understanding of where the data comes from and how it generates impact will be a significant contribution to our operations.
- Assist business stakeholders in using our BI tools effectively and become an active contributor to building a data-driven culture within Enter. Your participation in this role will empower others and promote data literacy.
- Step into the shoes of a data detective Uncover valuable patterns and insights in our data that could benefit various business operations. Your role will involve presenting these findings to stakeholders in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Familiarise yourself with our data warehouse infrastructure. While building upon it isn't a requirement, we encourage you to understand its inner workings and to identify potential areas of improvement. We value your innovative ideas and suggestions.

Throughout this internship, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, make significant contributions, and also have access to guidance and support from experienced team members when needed. This balance is designed to provide you with a real-world experience that is both challenging and rewarding.

**Profile**:

- You have a strong business acumen, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- You are proficient in SQL and Python. Familiarity with DBT and Snowflake (or another cloud data warehouse) is a plus.
- You have a deep understanding of data modelling and business intelligence concepts, with practical experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
- You have experience in data visualisation, with the ability to represent complex data in an easy-to-understand, visually appealing manner.
