**Specialist Radio Network Planning (m/w/d)**

**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du verantwortest als Specialist Radio Network Planning (m/w/d) die Planung und Projektierung von Radio-Maßnahmen für Kund:innenprojekte und großen Netzausbaumaßnahmen im Radio Netz im Hinblick auf E2E-Performance, Kostenreduzierung (CAPEX, OPEX) und Qualitätsverbesserung in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Planungsgruppen.
- Du übernimmst die Erstellung und Umsetzung von Netzausbaustrategien und Planungskonzepten.
- Du planst und koordinierst Maßnahmen innerhalb von Transformationsprojekten im Radio Netz.
- Du erstellst und überprüfst Anforderungen an Prozesse, Planungs
- und Dokumentationstools und überprüfst Planungsvorgaben für das Transportnetz.
- Du steuerst externe Partner:innen und Lieferanti:nnen im Rahmen von Planungsvorhaben, führst Meetings mit diesen durch und nimmst an Terminen mit externen Kund:innen teil.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung von Externen im Rahmen von Projekten.
- Du stellst eine Schnittstellenfunktion zur Budgetplanung bei Networks und Finance sowie zu anderen Abteilungen in der Technik dar und bist in regelmäßiger Kommunikation und Interaktion mit dem Führungsteam der Abteilung.

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Netzplanung oder Projektleitung in der Telekommunikationsbranche.
- Gute Kenntnisse des Radionetzes und der eingesetzten Technologien sowie der Netzinfrastruktur.
- Eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit sowie eine ziel
- und teamorientierte Arbeitsmethodik und ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsdenken.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungstools sowie gute Kenntnisse der Vodafone-Prozesse und -Tools.
- Eine gute Präsentationstechnik und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit theoretisches Wissen im konkreten Fall nutzbringend anzuwenden
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
