- Du entwickelst tiefes Verständnis für unseren Markt, die Wettbewerber und die optimale Platzierung unseres Produktes und unserer Servicedienstleistungen.
- Du führst und entwickelst unsere Teams Sales & Customer Success Management.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Einhaltung und Optimierung der KPI's beider Teams.
- Du optimierst die Arbeitsprozesse innerhalb der Teams, die Zusammenarbeit beider Teams und greifst hierbei auf moderne Tools und Arbeitsmethoden zurück.
- In der cross-funktionales Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Marketing, BI & Product vertrittst du deine Teamziele durchsetzungsstark.
- Du skalierst dein Team und findest in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem People & Culture Team die passenden Talente.
- Du repräsentierst Tiger auf Events und Konferenzen.
- Du berichtest direkt an den CEO.

WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich, BWL, VWL, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Sales und Customer Success mit, hiervon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle.
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Führung von Teams mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Coaching & Entwicklung.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Strategien für den Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Sales & Customer Success Abteilung entwickelt und umgesetzt.
- Du bist ein absolutes Kommunikationstalent und kannst Menschen begeistern und überzeugen.
- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und interpretierst die aus der Datenlage folgerichtige Strategie.
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn und bist ein strategischer Denker.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
