Customer Success Specialist

Unitronics, a global company specializes in developing controllers and automated solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for UniCloud IIoT software (SaaS) for our global customers and to be the focal point for UniCloud pre-sales activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Sales Team on Cloud account strategy, identifying IIoT opportunities, and providing pre-sales support of UniCloud.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Unitronics customers & partners about UniCloud’s value proposition to drive and achieve their business & technical goals.
- Plan and deliver UniCloud techno-sales demonstrations workshops to potential customers to demonstrate how to solve their problems and meet their needs with UniCloud, based on their use-cases and pain points.
- Guide & support new customers & partners with dashboards, KPIs, BI implementation and setup.
- Guide customers to unlock the full value of the Unitronics IIoT Cloud platform.
- Gather, provide, and contribute feedback to the sales, product and marketing teams.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years experience as customer success / pre-sales from technology companies - Must
- Deep understanding of customers’ business and technology needs.
- Proven track record of leading technical conversations and persuading customer / partners to take action.
- Willingness to take initiative, be proactive - Must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Must.
- Strong presentation skills in English - Must.
- Excellent matrix teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel abroad if needed.
- Flexibility to work in US hours.
