Job Description
- What you will do:
- Build and maintain a longstanding relationship with the business and its (senior) management;-
- Analyze, challenge, guide and advise as full trusted advisor for (senior) management;-
- Proactively support the business and its (senior) management in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Off boarding, Learning & Development, Employer Relations, Absenteeism, Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning and HR reporting-
- Closely collaborate with the HR Ops team, HR Business Partner organization, HR Centers of Excellence-
- Act as a change agent / facilitator in change;-
- You will be a member of local, regional, or global project teams;-
- Lead the HR team of the country & a member of the local leadership team.What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;-
- Minimum of 8 years with progressive responsibility & Human Resource generalist experience;-
- Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff in a global matrix-structure environment;-
- Organization sensitivity and Business Acumen; ability to translate the business needs and problems in HR solutions;-
- Sound knowledge of local labor law;-
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills, required (both German and English);-
- Problem solving, pragmatic, hands-on;-
- Flexibility: ability to work in a rapidly changing organization;-
- MS Office Programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.- What We Offer
