As part of the dynamic Operations & Engineering controlling team, you will be the main financial controller for the departments Operations & Engineering and therefore supporting every closing. On top you will support the department head of, in his daily business as Executive Assistant and various projects.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**

Reporting
- Establishing the monthly cost center reporting for the business partners Operations / Engineering (Executive Vice President)
- Analysis of Cost-Base effects, P&L contribution and FCF deltas with further follow-up in different KAPIS
- Following-up on the missing hours monthly incl. deep-dive analysis in each perimeter
- Closing process as per year-end and month-end incl. presentation in the monthly FMR-meetings
- Ad-hoc analysis of figures and creation of presentation material

Planning
- Planning and administration of the budget for the business partners Operations / Engineering (EVP)
- Supporting of OP/ FC cycles within Engineering & Operations Controlling
- Supporting of Outlook delivery within Engineering & Operations Controlling

Projects
- Working on initiatives for different projects on Executive Committee level and cross-country working streams within Engineering & Operations Controlling
- Supporting of Airbus Defence & Space-internal projects on transformation, cost-saving and harmonization
- Supporting of digitalization (QlikSense, AlteryX, etc.) in the department incl. alignment with controlling network

Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President
- Supporting on HR processes as headcount planning process within the department
- Preparation & Moderation of all meetings & events (Team Events, All Hands Call, etc.)
- Supervising the SVPs inbox & all incoming requests incl. communication on behalf of SVP
- Special projects management

**Desired skills and qualifications**
- You have a degree in Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurial economics or equivalent
- You have a background in Controlling, Corporate Finance or Cost controlling
- You are an experienced user of SAP, SAP Hana and are interested in Data Sciences and visualizing data
- Your way of working is structured, analytical, diligent and pro-active
- You have good communication skills and know how to communicate towards different stakeholders and across all levels of hierarchy
- You speak English fluently (German skills are a plus)
