konfetti ist die Buchungsplattform und Software für lokale Workshops. Seit der Gründung im April 2021 haben wir unser Produkt stetig weiterentwickelt und arbeiten nun mit mehr als 900 Anbietern zusammen, die mehr als 3.500 Kurse in Deutschland, Österreich und online anbieten.

Aufgaben
Was Dich erwartet
- In einem 6-monatigen Trainee-Programm durchläufst Du die drei Kernabteilungen des konfetti Business Development Bereichs:
- Supplier Akquise: Das Herzstück von konfetti sind unsere Partner (Supplier), die die wunderbaren & bockstarken Workshops und Events durchführen. Diese wollen von uns begeistert und überzeugt werden. Darum kümmert sich unser SA Team.
- Supplier Management: Sind sie erst mal überzeugt, fängt die Arbeit mit unseren Partnern erst richtig an. Vom optimalen und reibungslosen Onboarding, über die ersten Sales bis hin zu einer langfristigen, erfolgreichen Partnerschaft ist es ein spannender und weiter Weg.
- Private Event Sales: Unser PE Team kümmert sich um die 100erten von Anfragen für private Gruppeneventbuchungen. Ob Teamevents, Sommerparties, JGAs oder Geburtstage - alle wollen sie ein konfetti Event
- Nach dem 6-monatigen Trainee startest Du dann in einem der Bereich voll durch und bereicherst das konfetti Team langfristig
- Du hilfst dabei, die Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse bei konfetti möglichst smart, effizient und zielgerichtet aufzubauen
- Darüber hinaus kriegst Du zahlreiche Eindrücke in andere Bereiche, Projekte und sonstige Themen, die ein junges Startup so bewegen
- Du wirst Themen eigenverantwortlich übernehmen und vorantreiben: als junges Startup sind viele Prozesse noch in den Startlöchern und freuen sich darauf, erweitert, optimiert und gefestigt zu werden
- Deine Meinung ist uns wichtig: nicht nur operativ bist Du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams. Auch strategisch wirst Du Dich einbringen können und konfetti auf die nächste Stufe heben
- Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig: stell Dich also darauf ein, dass jeder Tag etwas anderes mit sich bringen wird
Qualifikation
Was Du mitbringst
- Du kannst bereits 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorweisen, z.B. in einem Startup, einer Strategieberatung oder durch eigene Projekte
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master)
- Du kannst die Brücke schlagen zwischen operativer Hands-on Arbeit und strategischem Aufbau eines Unternehmensbereichs
- Du bist eine clevere, unternehmerisch denkende und motivierte Persönlichkeit
- Du bist eine offener und herzlicher Typ, gerne gerne aktiv auf neue Menschen zugeht und dem es leicht fällt, Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du zeichnest Dich auch durch Deinen Pragmatismus aus und stützt Entscheidungen gerne auf Daten
- Du bist eine Person, die gerne und schnell lernt - und die sich mit Freude auf neue, Dir unbekannte Herausforderungen stürzt
- Deine Sprachkenntnisse weisen mindestens Deutsch und Englisch (fließend) vor; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil
