**Main tasks**:

- Administer employee share programs for Deutsche Post DHL, incl. planning, design and optimization of globally consistent and smooth compensation processes
- Focus on the support of the execution of taxation processes, recharging, finance and payroll, accruals calculation, dividend payments
- Liaise and coordinate with regional teams and onsite support on questions around an employee share programs especially regarding tax issues and plan rule issues
- Perform tax reporting and legal filings
- Prepare guiding materials for employee share programs (e.g. tax guides)
- Support in the rollout of entities and countries on the employee share programs

**Skills/qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in Tax/finance
- Minimum 3 years working experience in dealing with tax and social security issues on an international level, esp. in the area of equity compensation
- Fluent English skills (C1/C2), preferably also fluent German skills (C1/C2), other languages desired
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel
- Desirable/advantageous: certification as tax advisor
