**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Als Expert Indirect Tax beraten Sie Konzerngesellschaften und Geschäftseinheiten in allen umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Angelegenheiten. Sie erabeiten Datenstrukturen für konzernweite Reportings, identifizieren steuerliche Optimierungen und erabeiten Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Sie erarbeiten Richtlinien zu umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen, bearbeiten anfallende Grundsatzfragen und beraten bei der Gestaltung neuer Geschäftsmodelle
- Sie begleiten konzerninterne Transformations
- und Digitalisierungsvorhaben im Zusammenhang mit der Modernisierung des Umsatzsteuerrechts ("VAT in the Digital Age")
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen durch Reviews und setzen Folgemaßnahmen um
- Sie begleiten Betriebsprüfungen und rechtliche Verfahren und arbeiten mit Finanzbehörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern zusammen
- Sie bearbeiten verbrauchsteuerliche Fragestellungen, insbesondere auf dem Gebiet der Strom
- und Energiesteuer

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie sind Diplom-Finanzwirt oder verfügen über einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Rechtswissenschaften. Das Steuerberaterexamen haben Sie idealerweise bereits erfolgreich abgelegt und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzverwaltung, in der Beratung oder in einem Unternehmen.

Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder außergewöhnliche Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:

- Sehr gute und aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Organisationsvermögen und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch und Englisch)
- Expertenkenntnisse in den MS Office-Anwendungen und Grundlagen in ERP-Software
- Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen
- Interesse an technologischen Trends und digitalen Tools und Innovationen
