**Legal Intern (M/F/d)**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse legal matters while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

**You will**:

- Evaluate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure they align with company policies and legal standards
- Oversee the legal team's inbox and incoming requests, creating and assigning Jira tickets to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Assist in organising, tracking, and reviewing contracts using our contract management platform
- Collaborate with senior team members to draft critical fund documents, such as limited partnership agreements and offering memorandums, ensuring they meet legal and compliance standards

**The next Moonfarian**:

- Currently pursuing a Staatesexamen, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in law
- Reliable with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience drafting legal documents or working with legal materials in English is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in German is an advantage

**Salary: 2230€ per month**

**To be eligible for this position you should**:

- Have at least six months availability.
- Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
- Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
