**Department Overview**: Motorola Solutions Law Department
**The internship contract is for 1 year**
- drafting and negotiating contracts for the international sale or purchase of goods and services (mainly in English language and under German or UK law);
- evaluating commercial and other contractual risks and being able to work on their mitigation;
- providing qualified legal advice to various functions such as sales, procurement, project management, finance, and service;
- controlling internal compliance with the company's policies;
- performing detailed legal research in different areas of expertise.

***Basic Requirements**:
**Key qualifications of the Legal Intern**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Law obtained in an EU jurisdiction e.g. German First State Exam or French Master 2.
- Very good knowledge of the Law of Obligations (Contract Law). Knowledge of Public
- Procurement Law, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, and EU Personal Data Law are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (skills in other languages e.g. German, French, Polish is a plus).
- Proactive, structured, result-oriented, and careful working approach.
- Open personality that enables teamwork with a balanced level of self-confidence.
