Iconstorm is the leading German Strategic Design Agency. Based in Frankfurt am Main, we have supported clients in implementing ambitious innovation projects and anchoring design methods and mindset in their processes since 2004. The focus is on meaningful innovation that brings together technology, people, business and sustainability. Our team has expertise in all areas of design and also includes experienced consultants and coaches as well as an in-house development unit for digital products. We are looking for you to join our team as our new:
**Designer (Strategic Design, UX, Digital) (M/F/d)**:
You will work on sophisticated design and innovation projects for international corporations, forward-thinking medium-sized companies and ambitious startups. You will join a diverse team that relies on mutual trust and open communication that foster creative work, within the agency and with its clients.

**Your Job**
- You are responsible for holistic design in the context of strategically managed brands and products. You conceptualize and develop design systems and pattern libraries and advance projects through your involvement in workshops.
- You are part of a multidisciplinary team that counts on your input. Your open nature, communication skills and know-how enable you to work closely with experts on the client side.
- You are at the cutting edge: Together, we will work on challenging projects. Which means: Dealing with complexity in a professional manner. Within a sound and methodical design process. With openness for new technology and work processes in the field of digital/hybrid products.
- You actively contribute to the further development of playbooks and our DesignOps toolchain.
- You are free to choose your working location. On-site presence may be required only in certain meetings and workshops. We will gladly provide you with the appropriate equipment.

**Your Profile**
- You hold a degree in Strategic Design, Product Design or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience on agency or client side.
- You have solid knowledge of human-centered design methodologies, workshop formats (e.g. design thinking, design sprints) and you approach your work in a structured way.
- You are familiar with tools such as Miro, Figma, Mural, etc.
- You can outline great concepts and ideas for digital products in the environment of international brands.
- You pay attention to details and are empathetic towards team, clients, customers, and users alike.
- You have an intuitive grasp of complex interrelationships in cross-media offerings and hybrid products.
- You have good oral and written language skills in both German and English.
