**One-Liner**: Your goal is to ensure a steady stream of valuable product increments from all solution teams.

**Owner**: You master your (sub-)product, both in technical and organizational terms. You establish yourself as a contact person for all internal stakeholders, as a competent point of contact and can represent the technical aspect in customer projects.

**Executioner**: You are responsible for the product backlog reconciliation, breaking down requirements into epics and tasks to plan team sprints and achieve efficient, high quality product increments.

**Planner**: You prioritize and track cross-team and cross-functional activities to align near-term milestones and contribute significantly to the roadmap.

**Profile**:
**Education**: Your education helps you to quickly understand complex technical problems in the field of renewable energies or Cloud / IoT.

**Experience**: Your involvement of at least 3 years in high-performance development teams and the urge to take on organizational tasks are the best prerequisites to take on the challenge as a Senior Product Owner: in at gridX.

**Mindset**: To do your job, you quickly find the right balance between details and the big picture. You don't need tasks assigned to you, you find them yourself and execute them independently.

**Strengths**: Communication is key to motivating and persuading team members and stakeholders. In addition, you are eager to explore new tasks and responsibilities on your own and request support when needed. Your language skills enable you to perform your role in German and English.

**Specialities**: You already have experience in organizing multiple development sprints? You are familiar with cloud and platform products? You can distinguish between good and not so good software architecture?
