**Über uns**

Die Zyagnum AG ist ein Biotechnologieunternehmen mit dem Ziel, schwere Erkrankungen zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt sichtbar, und damit behandelbar, zu machen. Wir sind überzeugt davon, dass viele Krankheiten besser behandelt und geheilt werden können, je früher sie entdeckt werden. Deshalb glauben wir, dass der Schlüssel zur Heilung der großen, ungelösten medizinischen Probleme dieser Zeit in der Früherkennungsdiagnostik liegt.

Seit 2007 arbeiten wir an der Entwicklung von Technologien, mit denen diese Volkskrankheiten früher sichtbar werden können. Das Ergebnis dieser intensiven Entwicklungszeit ist unsere proprietäre EDIM®-Technologie.

Mit über 30 Mitarbeitern am Standort Darmstadt sowie zahlreichen engen Geschäftspartnern im In
- und Ausland arbeiten wir heute an der Umsetzung unserer Ideen für die Diagnostik. Außerdem hat die Zyagnum AG eine Außenstelle mit dem Standort Düsseldorf.

Zur Unterstützung suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Mitarbeiter:in im Project und Operations Management / Customer Support **(w/m/d).**

**Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick**
- Unterstützung im Projektmanagement und Mitwirkung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Verwaltung von Kunden-Software-Tools
- Mitarbeit und Übernahme der Kommunikation mit Partnern, Kunden und Mitarbeiter:innen
- Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
- Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Statusberichten und administrative Tätigkeiten

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Strukturiertes, gut dokumentiertes Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, große Lernbereitschaft
- Begeisterung für neue Herausforderungen und zielorientierte Umsetzung von Lösungen
- Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung (u.a. BWL, Business Administration, International Management) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umgang mit MS Office (Excel)
