Summary

For the "Order Management" department we are looking for a "Project Controller Production (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The "Order Management" area is responsible for commercial order processing in the Operations/Production area. The activity includes the project commercial function to ensure the economic order processing, as well as control and steering tasks to realize the business objectives. The objective is to increase efficiency and optimize the operational service provision process.

Your Tasks- Carrying out commercial tasks within the framework of the internal service creation process- Performing control and steering tasks to support the project managers in production, with the aim of increasing efficiency and optimizing the operational service creation process- Active control in the execution of production projects, especially with a focus on cash and inventory management- Assistance in the preparation of job costings- Regular preparation of job costings and risk assessments in cooperation with the responsible project managers- Early detection of deviations from plan and cooperation in the development and implementation of corrective measures- Evaluation of the delivered goods and services as well as execution of order accounting- Monitoring of the completion and closure of the order

Your Profile- Completed studies in business administration or comparable- Several years of experience in finance- Experience in project and order processing- Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, especially SAP-PS and -CO- Independent, structured and reliable way of working- Assertiveness and very good communication skills- Business fluent in German and English
