**About The Opportunity**:

- As Junior Accountant at Manifesto, you will be part of accounting activities of both financial and management accounting. You will be responsible for the support of financial and performance reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control, and tax studies. You will report directly to the Senior Accounting and Finance Lead.
- You will work cross-border with internal and external teams to successfully support intercompany transactions and bookkeeping.

**How we see the role & what you will do**:

- Working on the support of finance and accounting operations.
- You will check outgoing and incoming invoices as well as expense reimbursements from employees according to legal and tax requirements.
- You will account for, record and post invoices.
- You are responsible for maintaining and checking the master data of our partners and suppliers.
- You will assist with AR / AP accounting.
- You will participate in the preparation of month-end closings and annual financial statements.
- You’ll grow in interesting projects within digitalization and automation of finance systems and - processes.
- Support the analytical team to provide analysis and financial modeling.

**This could be your job if you**:

- Want to start a career in accounting and finance.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Have a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- You know and have experience in German accounting and tax
- Have accuracy & great attention to detail.
- Are good with numbers and figures and you have analytical acumen.
- Are fluent in English and German.
- Are a strong team player with an enthusiastic approach.
- You are able to stay positive and calm under pressure.
- Have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Nothing is impossible
