- und Objektschutz. Sie sind in der Lage, Zugangspunkte zu überwachen und zu kontrollieren, Patrouillen durchzuführen und auf Vorfälle zeitnah und effektiv zu reagieren.
Position Summary
As part of Centerra, we are seeking a dedicated and vigilant security guard with two years of experience in protecting people and property. Skilled in monitoring and controlling access points, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Zuständigkeiten
- Sicherstellen, dass die Aufgaben im Einklang mit den Standardarbeitsanweisungen ausgeführt werden
- Überwachung und Genehmigung der Einfahrt von Fahrzeugen oder Personen auf das Grundstück/Gelände
- Durchführung regelmäßiger und stichprobenartiger Patrouillen rund um den Standort nach Anweisung
- Untersuchen von verdächtigen Aktivitäten
- Bei Alarmen sofort reagieren
- Unerlaubtes Betreten der Gebäude /des Geländes verhindern
- Ausfüllen von Berichten in deutscher und englischer Sprache nach Bedarf
- Koordinierung mit den örtlichen Rettungsdiensten in deutscher Sprache nach Bedarf
- Aufrechterhaltung des guten Rufs des Unternehmens durch Professionalität und Einhaltung der Rechtsvorschriften
- Sonstige zugewiesene Aufgaben
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that duties are carried out in compliance with SOPs
- Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people into property/area
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location as directed
- Investigate suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms
- Prevent trespassing
- Complete reports as required in English and German
- Coordinate with local emergency services in German as required
- Maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Bildung
- Sekundarschulabschluss oder nationales Abschlusszeugnis
- IHK Unterrichtung gem. - 34a GewO
- Waffensachkunde gem. - 7 WaffG
- Aktuell gültiger Erster Hilfe Kurs
Education
- Secondary education or national diploma
- IHK Unterrichtung gem. - 34a GewO
- Waffensachkunde gem. - 7 WaffG
- Valid first aid qualification
Qualifikationen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sicherheit, und Verwaltung bei den Streitkräften, der Zivilpolizei oder kommerziellen Sicherheitsdiensten
- Muss im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins für PKW sein
- Muss 25 Jahre alt sein
- Muss mindestens in den letzten 12 Monaten seinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland gehabt haben.
- Unbescholtenes polizeiliches Führungszeugnis, das nicht älter als sechs Monate ist
- Ausgezeichnete Überwachungs
- und Beobachtungsfähigkeiten
- Kenntnis der gesetzlichen Vorschriften für die Sicherheit im öffentlichen Raum und die öffentliche Sicherheit
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in German and English
- 2+ years’ experience in security, law enforcement administration in the Armed Forces, civilian police, or commercial security agencies
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be 25 years old
- Must have lived in Germany for the last 12 months
- Clear certificate of good conduct no older than six months
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Arbeitsbedingungen
- Die Position kann langes Sitzen, Stehen, Beobachten von Monitoren und Patrouillieren im Gelände bei ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen, erfordern.

Physikalische Anforderungen
- Fähigkeit, Gegenstände mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 20 kg zu heben und zu tragen
- Erfordert während des gesamten Arbeitstages gelegentliches Stehen, Gehen, Sitzen, Hocken, Strecken und Bücken
- Bestehen eines Tests der körperlichen Eignung
- Muss in der Lage sein, seine Aufgaben mit einer Schutzweste auszuführen
- Muss ein "Ärztliches Attest" vorlegen, aus dem hervorgeht, dass er bei guter Gesundheit ist
Physical Requirements
- Ability lift and carry items weighing up to 20KG
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday
- Capable of passing a Physical Ability Test
- Must be capable of performing duties while wearing a protective vest
- Must provide a “Doctor’s Statement” reflecting in good general health
