Key User Warehouse Management System (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Ziel der Funktion ist es einen möglichen reibungslosen Betrieb des Warehouse Management Systems sicherzustellen
- Sie kümmern sich um die Einrichtung sowie Konfiguration des Warehouse Management Systems
- Sie agieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Ihre Kolleg: innen bei Problemen rund um das WMS, geben Schulungen und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen den Endanwendern und den IT-Fachabteilungen
- Daneben fallen die Klärung, Bearbeitung und Kommunikation von Abweichungen ebenso in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
- Neben dem Monitoring der weiteren Systeme (Versandtool, EDI Monitoring, etc.) erstellen Sie Auswertungen per SQL und unterstützen damit die Operative und das Controlling

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder in der Logistik und grundlegende Fähigkeiten im Bereich IT
- Daneben haben Sie schon mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt, bestenfalls im Logistik-Umfeld oder im Umgang mit Warehouse Management Systemen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Außerdem haben Sie Interesse die Software PSI kennenzulernen.
- Ihr Profil wird durch Datenschutz
- sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Basis SQL-Kenntnisse abgerundet
