**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a Lead Buyer in our Modern Mainstream - Heritage category, you're part of a high performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and fashion in our Offprice segment. You are responsible for branded buying, working together with your buying and planning teams.

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Strategical, reporting into Modern Mainstream Team Lead. You are responsible to define and execute the cluster strategy while considering all relevant KPIs and market environment.
- Leading a team of 3 Buyers; you will be fully responsible for managing, coaching and developing your team by identifying their strengths, development areas and training needs.
- Managing and developing an own portfolio of highly relevant brands of the cluster.
- Together with Category Controlling, being responsible for meeting the signed-off cluster strategy including budget, assortment planning & pre-validation.
- Stakeholder management and constant exchange with other departments such as Logistics, Content and photo production, Fashion Store, Marketing are key to your work, ensuring that we act in line with the whole organisation. You will work cross functionally to drive sales and maximise profit
- You know the latest trends and be up-to-date in terms of fashion European markets, especially for the Mainstream Category.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have a minimum 5 years of buying fashion experience in a Head Office and fashion knowledge, preferably with a background in Footwear.
- You have first leadership experience and have a sense of how to inspire, support and develop people.
- You have excellent analytical skills, knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and formulas) and combining the passion for numbers with fashion and trends
- Negotiation is in your blood, and you are always a compelling figure when communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders
- You have a quick thinking and proactive attitude, which also means you keep on top of things in a fast-paced environment, while embracing collaboration. Being able to work in a team as well as being very independent
- You have excellent written and spoken communication in English, German or French is a plus
