**What would you do**:
**Leave your footprint by**:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations across various departments to ensure efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency together with our Operations Excellence Team
- Oversee resource planning and scheduling to ensure that operational and engineering test departments meet their objectives.
- Serve as the primary local operations spokesperson for the Munich location to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the coordination and management of the company's non-customer fleet, including timely inspections (TÜV), regular maintenance, and handling of leasing contracts.
- Coordinate test truck handovers to engineers and drivers, ensuring adherence to pre and post-test procedures.
- Prepare and deliver operational performance reports, and KPIs to senior management, identifying key areas for improvement.

**What you will bring to the team?**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations coordination or project management, with a strong focus on organizational efficiency and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
