**About the opportunity**:

- We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist, who will be in charge of HR admin, payroll preparation, and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues for your newly opened Manifesto Market Potsdamer Platz.

**How we see the role & what you will do**:

- You’ll be the point of contact for our teams when it comes to general questions and requests, fulfilling a key support role within the People team.
- Manage personnel administration (contracts, payroll, absences, holidays, changes & termination of employment) in cooperation with our external payroll providers and accounting team.
- You will prepare a monthly payroll data entry.
- You’ll handle any payroll and People Admin related questions.
- You will support recruiting.
- Work with the HR and operations team on various People platforms: Gastromatic, BambooHR.
- Ensure all administration is perfect including archiving of personnel files and records in order.
- You will prepare various People related reports: headcount, vacation or sick leave accruals.
- You will support streamlining the HR processes and procedures.
- Making sure our new team members have a great joining experience.

**This could be your job if you have/are**:

- 1+ years experience in the field of human resources, ideally in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
- You have fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- You are detail oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- You are able to stay positive and calm under pressure.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Nothing is impossible
