- Drive and develop the global digital marketing activation throughout the parents customer journey in cooperation with countries local marketing to reach set business KPIs
- Identify, develop and implement agile digital marketing tools, channels and platforms
- Own digital campaign planning and execution of digital product and branding campaigns for the German market incl. optimization, monitoring and reporting
- Own performance marketing incl. optimization of paid campaigns (SEA)
- Build and optimize our digital content strategy incl. website optimization (UX, Content, SEO) with the marketing team
- Digital budget planning and responsibility for the German market
- Manage external agencies (digital and media) and service providers (freelancers)
- Lead, motivate and develop the digital team

**Passt zu uns | Ihr Profil**:

- Degree in marketing, digital marketing, media, communication or similar
- Several years of experience in B2C brand strategy and digital brand building
- Affinity with data driven decision making and strong hands-on mentality
- Direct experience of marketing automation systems, data management, paid advertising tools and digital analytics
- Great writing skills in German and experience with digital content
- Strong networking and communication skills
- A structured approach with attention to quality and deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software is a plus
- German mother tongue and excellent English skills
