**Your contribution**:

- Lead the **delivery**, **enablement**and **alignment of the technology processes** with the business requirement
- ** Develop tools** and **supporting system landscape** to facilitate business plan, monitor data entry, data integrity and system performance
- ** Influence the strategic decision making** related to best-in-class process optimization
- ** Consolidate**, **streamline**and **standardize the processes**across all markets and rollout the digital process transformation across the markets
- Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve the** digital process standardization** and **transformation objectives**:

- Interact and engage with various stakeholders from different nationalities and markets and **drive**internal stakeholders **to adopt the new concepts**

**What makes you stand out**:

- At least **2-3 years of professional experience**:

- An **university degree** in **Engineering**, **Business Administration/Management**, **Manufacturing** or a comparable degree
- ** Comprehensive understanding**of theories and practices about **infrastructure operations and maintenance**:

- Strong **relationship building skills** with internal and external partners to support infrastructure deployment and solid **communication skills**:

- Fluent **German**and **English**skills written and spoken (C1)
