In your new role you will:

- **L **ead and be responsible for a small team **(content management, content management system(s), and learning contents) for the coordination, planning, creation, management, updating as well as for the playout and optimization of digital content for marketing campaigns
- **Maintain a comprehensive content strategy for Infineon Automotive **to sustainably increase digital content performance and thus product performance
- **Drive the continuous development of our digital presence **(social media, web, communities) in line with the global marketing strategy and **develop an Automotive digital content strategy**

You act as an entrepreneur, focus on results and stay aware of costs

and commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. You set yourself ambitious goals and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Communications, Computer Science **or **Engineering**:

- Minimum **6 years of related work experience**:

- Exemplary **product management **and **leadership skills**:

- Strong results orientation and **"can-do" mentality**:

- Exceptional **analytical **, **critical thinking **and **strategic problem-solving skills**:

- Excellent **communication skills **and **stakeholder management**:

- Experience with **SEO **, **educational software **and **CMS **is a plus
- **Management consulting **experience is a plus
- **Automotive **or **electronics industry **experience
- **Fluent English **skills
