Zu Ihren Verantwortlichkeiten gehören, unter anderem, die Folgenden:
- Ansprechpartner für marktspezifische Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Artwork Erstellung bei Produkt-Neueinführungen und der Aktualisierung bestehender Artworks.
- Strukturierte Begleitung und Nachverfolgung des Packmittel Erstellungsprozesses und intensive Kommunikation mit relevanten Funktionen in der Länderorganisation, insbesondere Supply, Launch Management und Regulatory Affairs, sowie dem Regional Supply Chain ArtWork Hub. Dies dient der Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen und termingerechten Verfügbarkeit von finalen, zulassungskonformen Druckvorlagen von Packmitteln für den deutschen Markt.
- Erstellung von Artwork Change Requests für Produkt-Neueinführungen und Text Änderungen hinsichtlich marktrelevanter Informationen und deren fristgerechte Überstellung an das Regional Supply Chain ArtWork Hub.
- Koordination zwischen und Kommunikation mit den Abteilungen Marketing bzw. Communications und dem Regional Supply Chain ArtWork Hub bei Änderungen der Anforderungen im Artwork-Satz.
- Arbeiten in einem globalen System - OneArt - und marktinternen Archiven.
- Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und aktive Beteiligung an einer stetigen Optimierung in der Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Funktionen im Artwork Prozess.
- Verantwortung als Key User für OneArt für den deutschen Markt. Hauptansprechpartner für das Globale OneArt Team und die internen Teams.

**Minimum requirements**

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Kaufmännische oder technisch-administrative Ausbildung, idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Bereich
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich der Packmittelerstellung
- Begeisterung für anspruchsvolle, abwechslungsreiche und komplexe Prozesse und deren Überwachung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Vorausschauende, beharrliche, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Qualitätsorientierung und Kundenausrichtung
- Gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office und Interesse an datenbankbasierten Anwendungen
