**ISS Facility Services Holding GmbH** suchen wir Sie als
**"Head of Engagement & Product (m/w/d)"**.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Leitung der Funktionen des Engagement Teams
- Steuerung des Demand & Supply Managements, Requirment Managements, IT Product, Project & Portfolio Managements sowie Bid & Tender Support
- Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen zur Priorisierung und Mobilisierung eines strategischen, nachhaltigen Projektportfolios
- Abstimmung der jährlichen Budgetplanung mit den Geschäftsbereichen und der Geschäftsführung sowie Identifikation und Realisierung von Optimierungspotentialen im Projekt
- und Produktportfolio
- Ausrichtung des Portfolios an der IT-Konzernstrategie sowie Koordination der IT-Unterstützung bei Angebotsverfahren der Operativen
- Sicherstellung der Machbarkeit von IT-Anforderungen des Kunden sowie Unterstützung der strategischen Entwicklung des Unternehmens
- Optimierung der Presales-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Markttrends und der Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs
- Auswahl und Steuerung von Lieferanten im Verantwortungsbereich
- Sicherstellung der Compliance zu relevanten Richtlinien und Standards sowie Unterstützung entsprechender interner und externer Audits und Zertifizierungen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 7-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Rolle im IT-Management, Schwerpunkt Produkt-, Projekt
- und Portfoliomanagement
- Erfahrung im Umgang, gestalten und verhandeln von SLAs/OLAs, Service Prozessen sowie mit internen & externen IT-Dienstleistern
- Affinität für dynamische, transformative Arbeitssituationen und den unbedingten Willen, Veränderung voranzutreiben
- Ausdauer, Fähigkeit zu Priorisieren, Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
- Verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch, Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
