**Aufgaben mit Perspektiven**:

- Das Geschäftsfeld Data, Security and Identity umfasst digitale Lösungen und Anwendungen, auf die Bankmitarbeitende, Endkunden, Unternehmen der genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe und Dritte im Rahmen des Datenmanagements und des Identitätsmanagements über verschiedene Kanäle, Geräte und Applikationen zugreifen.
- Die disziplinarische Führung von Mitarbeitenden liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Gemeinsam mit dem Tribe Lead, der fachlichen Führungskraft, stellst du die Zielerreichung im jeweiligen Team sicher und trägst so wesentlich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.
- Als Vorbild und Begleiter*in im Change erkennst und förderst du Talente der Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt den stärkenorientierten Einsatz im Rahmen unserer Ziele.
- Durch eine ausgewogene Teamzusammensetzung schaffst du die Rahmenbedingungen für die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teams in den beiden Tribes ‚Digital Identity‘ und ‚Data Management and Governance‘ gemeinsam mit anderen People Leads.
- Aufgrund der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit ist ein hohes Maß an Einsatzfreude und Reisebereitschaft erforderlich.

**Persönlichkeit mit Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Master)Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre sowie mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Deine umfassende Digital-Leadership-Kompetenz, Erfahrung in der Personalbegleitung und im Recruiting sowie im Einsatz von modernen Führungsinstrumenten und -werkzeugen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du begeisterst durch dein kooperatives Führungsverständnis sowie deine Moderations-, Überzeugungs
- und Konfliktfähigkeit in Beratungs
- und Coachingsituationen.
- Durch deine soziale Kompetenz förderst du die Eigenverantwortung und eine konstruktive Fehlerkultur, in dem jede*r seine*ihre Kompetenzen im Sinne der Unternehmensziele einbringen kann.
- Deine Bereitschaft, dich immer wieder auf Veränderungen einzulassen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie deine hohe Empathie runden dein Profil ab.
