**Du bist ein strategisches Genie? Hast immer das Große und Ganze im Blick und brennst darauf, dein Wissen und deine Fähigkeiten zu multiplizieren?**

Wir suchen DEN Kopf, der mit uns gemeinsam die nächsten Jahre unserer Agentur gestalten möchte. Als Head of Strategy brauchen wir dich für die Strategieentwicklung unserer Projekte, Kund:innenberatung, Datenanalyse sowie New-Business-Themen. Natürlich in und mit einem großartigen Team aus Strateg:innen, das sich auf deine Führung und deinen Input freut.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Fachliche & disziplinarische Teamführung
- Prozesse und Workflows in der Strategie entwickeln und optimieren
- Stellvertretung der Geschäftsführer-Beratung
- Strategischer Lead bei Pitches
- Entwicklung von Wissenskonzepten wie Workshop & Classes
- Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder und Businessmodelle
- Verantwortung der PR-Strategie
- Handling von Kund:innen-Kommunikation

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams (5-10 Mitarbeitende)
- Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Strategieentwicklung und -beratung
- Erfahrung in der Content Produktion für Social Media, vorrangig YouTube
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Kundenhandling
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Empathie & Neugier
- Lösungsorientierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- Du willst andere besser machen als du selbst bist
