**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie bearbeiten alle personalwirtschaftlichen Vorgänge im Rahmen der Mitarbeiterbetreuung von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt (z. B. Erstellung von Verträgen und Bescheinigungen, Datenpflege im SAP).
- Sie sind ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle Mitarbeiter und arbeiten eng mit dem zuständigen HR Business Partner und der externen Gehaltsabrechnung zusammen.
- Sie sind für die Administration des Bewerbermanagements zuständig und erstellen Stellenausschreibungen für die interne und externe Veröffentlichung. Dabei führen Sie auch Bewerbungsgespräche im Rahmen von studentischen Einstellungen.
- Darüber hinaus organisieren Sie Messeauftritte und nehmen daran teil.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem On-Site-Management bei der Verwaltung der Leiharbeitnehmer zusammen und bearbeiten personalwirtschaftliche Projekte.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Zusatzqualifikation im Personal.
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalbereich sammeln können und besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht.
- Sie verfügen über gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP/HR und in MS-Office.
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikativ, organisieren gerne und haben Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
